Terms of service
Review reservation, payment, cancellation, occupancy, property, and guest responsibilities before booking your stay.
By making a reservation with Bahama Beach Club Pompano, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable booking information and House Rules.
Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed once the required booking information and applicable payment have been received.
Payment
50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation
Paid prepayments are refundable when a reservation is cancelled 7 days or more before arrival, subject to the applicable booking terms. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy and charges.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.
Occupancy
Guests must comply with the maximum occupancy of the accommodation reserved. The property may not be occupied by more guests than permitted by the reservation.
House Rules
Guests agree to comply with all House Rules during their stay, including rules concerning smoking, pets, noise, visitors, property care, and use of shared amenities.
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their actions or the actions of members of their party, excluding normal wear and tear.
Amenities
Property amenities and services are provided subject to availability, maintenance, safety requirements, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. Amenities may occasionally be unavailable without advance notice.
Pets
Pets are welcome subject to the property's applicable rules. Guests are responsible for ensuring that pets do not cause damage, excessive noise, or disturbance.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
Prohibited Activities
The property may not be used for unlawful activities, unauthorized parties or events, or conduct that unreasonably disturbs other guests, neighbors, or the operation of the property.
Guests and Visitors
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party and approved visitors follow the property's rules. Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.
Changes to Reservations
Requests to modify a reservation are subject to availability and the applicable booking terms. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. We recommend that guests secure valuables and personal items appropriately.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, guests are responsible for their own personal safety and belongings during their stay. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing accommodation or services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, utility interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The terms applicable to a reservation are those presented or communicated at the time the reservation is made, subject to applicable law.
Agreement
By completing a reservation, the guest confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the property's House Rules.
